I’ve been using methylene blue on and off for the past 7 years.

At first I was apprehensive due to the lack of research so I stopped for a period of time.

As it turns out, it is a phenomenal mitochondrial (cells energy generators) enhancer and anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agent.

New studies are coming out now to show its effectiveness when used in conjunction with everything from chemotherapy, radiation and red light therapy.

It’s not until things reach boiling point and something comes crashing through, like a seizure that you find out that something is seriously wrong.

Although daunting, and against doctor’s recommendations, my immediate reaction was to seek alternative opinions and treatment options.

Still to this day, I thank myself and my father for not taking the first doctors offer of surgery, because I’m fully confident that it saved my life.

Seizures are one of the scariest experiences to go through, so reducing and managing them is always top order of priority.

Over the years I’ve tried what feels like a million different things, building out a toolkit for reducing seizure activity.
